MoFo Lures Ex-O'Melveny Vet To Bolster M&A Group

Law360, New York (February 23, 2010, 5:59 PM ET) -- Morrison & Foerster LLP on Tuesday announced the arrival of mergers and acquisitions partner Spencer Klein — formerly of O'Melveny & Myers LLP — as the firm's new corporate practice co-leader and its second major M&A hire this year.

Klein, 44, will work on mergers and acquisitions and a handful of corporate governance matters, the firm said in a statement.
