Law360, New York (May 26, 2004, 12:00 AM ET) -- Boston's Sullivan & Worcester has hired seven attorneys from Paris-based Salans, including prominent trademark and licensing attorney Jeffrey L. Laytin.

Jonathan G. Kortmansky, Jeffrey L. Laytin, Mitchell Stein and Franklin B. Velie will join Sullivan & Worcester as partners. Deirdre A. Burgman, Lisa Rosenburgh and Richard Verner will become counsel.

Laytin specializes in licensing work for athletes and entertainment professionals. His clients at Salans included the licensing businesses of the four major U.S. sports leagues (baseball, football, basketball and hockey).
