GoldLantern Barred From Using Skullcandy Cell Phone IP

Law360, New York (February 23, 2010, 2:16 PM EST) -- Skullcandy Inc. has scored a permanent injunction barring GoldLantern LLC from infringing two of its patents for an integrator that allows a user to simultaneously listen to music and talk on a cell phone.

Judge Dee Benson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah on Monday signed off on a consent judgment of infringement and permanent injunction against Dana Point, Calif.-based GoldLantern, which did not contest that its G-Lite products infringed the two patents.
