Law360, New York (February 23, 2010, 3:50 PM ET) -- Xerox Corp. has targeted Yahoo Inc., Google Inc. and Google unit YouTube for allegedly infringing the document management company's Internet search technology.
Norwalk, Conn.-based Xerox filed suit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware on Friday, asserting that California-based technology giants Yahoo and Google have violated one patent covering a “system for automatically generating queries” and a second patent related to a “method and apparatus for the integration of information and knowledge.
