Congress Urged To Fix Medical Radiation Standards

Law360, New York (February 26, 2010, 5:32 PM EST) -- Experts urged members of a U.S. House of Representatives committee Friday to address lax and uneven regulation of diagnostic imaging and medical treatments that use radiation, saying uniform national guidelines for licensing, usage and reporting could help alleviate growing patient fears.
