Parallel Targets Orbitz Over Web Site Patents

Law360, New York (February 24, 2010, 4:38 PM ET) -- Patent-holding company Parallel Networks LLC has filed suit against Orbitz Worldwide Inc. over two patents covering systems to manage Web site generation.

Parallel, based in Dallas, filed a complaint Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, accusing the online travel company of infringing U.S. Patent Numbers 5,894,554 and 6,415,335 B1 by using certain methods for managing dynamic Web page generation requests.
