AT&T Settles Navigation Patent Dispute With Airbiquity

Law360, New York (February 24, 2010, 1:25 PM ET) -- AT&T Inc. has settled its infringement suit against wireless communications company Airbiquity Inc. over patents related to vehicle navigation, less than a year after having settled a separate patent infringement suit brought by Airbiquity.

Both sides filed an agreed motion Tuesday in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, saying they had settled the suit against Airbiquity and asking the court to dismiss the action with prejudice.
