Norman Strikes Deal In IPAT Data Security Patent Suit

Law360, New York (February 24, 2010, 12:29 PM EST) -- Norman Data Defense Systems Inc. has become the latest defendant to settle in Information Protection and Authentication of Texas LLC's suit accusing nearly two dozen companies of infringing two patents related to computer security software systems.

Judge David Folsom of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas granted the parties' joint motion to dismiss all claims and counterclaims between them Wednesday.
