Law360, New York (February 24, 2010, 4:03 PM ET) -- A federal judge has tossed a suit accusing Qualcomm Inc. of inducing its customers to infringe a patent for sending documents wirelessly from vehicles, ruling that R&L Carriers Inc. neglected to allege a plausible intent to cause infringement.
Judge Sandra S. Beckwith of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio on Tuesday dismissed the infringement suit against Qualcomm.
