Tyson Faces Legal Onslaught From Employees

Law360, New York (December 15, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Bombarded by employment-related lawsuits in recent months, Tyson Foods Inc. has been hit with another sexual harassment suit as the list of worker grievances against the food giant continues to grow.

On Wednesday, plaintiff Maple James, flanked by two others, filed suit against Tyson in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, accusing one of the company’s human resources managers of treating the three African-American women to unwanted sexual comments and advances.
