Superseding Stoneridge

Law360, New York (March 2, 2010, 5:04 PM EST) -- During the State of the Union address, the president rebuked the Supreme Court for its recent decision invalidating part of the McCain-Feingold campaign-finance reform law and called on Congress “to pass a bill that helps to correct” the court’s ruling.

It appears that President Obama and Justice Samuel Alito disagree on more than just corporate campaign contributions.
