NetApp Evades 2nd Sun Patent In Data Storage Suit

Law360, New York (February 25, 2010, 5:18 PM EST) -- A federal judge has handed software company Network Appliance Inc. another victory in a patent infringement suit brought by Sun Microsystems Inc. over data storage technology, ruling that NetApp's WAFL data storage program doesn't infringe a second patent-in-suit.
