Cordis Wins $4.7M In Fees In MarcTec Stent Patent Suit

Law360, New York (February 25, 2010, 5:48 PM EST) -- A federal judge has awarded Johnson & Johnson subsidiary Cordis Corp. about $4.7 million in attorneys' costs and expert fees incurred during the defense of medical device maker MarcTec LLC's infringement suit over stent patents.
