Law360, New York (February 25, 2010, 5:32 PM ET) -- Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., and Sen. John Conyers, D-Mich., have introduced a bill that would restrict executive compensation and make it easier for workers to recover wages during corporate bankruptcies.
Durbin and Conyers introduced the Protecting Employees and Retirees in Business Bankruptcies Act of 2010 on Wednesday. A similar bill was also introduced by the two senators during the last session of Congress, but it failed to gain traction.
