GraphOn's Firewall Patent Suit V. Juniper Sent To Calif.

Law360, New York (March 01, 2010, 12:02 PM ET) -- GraphOn Corp.’s patent infringement lawsuit against Juniper Networks Inc. over hardware security and firewall technology is hopping venues yet again, following a federal judge’s decision to send the case from Texas to California.

John Ward of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas — to which the case was transferred in June — ruled Thursday that the suit belonged in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, where a similar case between the parties was also recently transferred....
