Coal Plant Appeals Pollution Exclusion Policy Ruling

Law360, New York (February 26, 2010, 3:28 PM EST) -- NFC Mining Inc. has asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit to review a district court determination that a pollution exclusion freed insurer Lloyd's of London from indemnifying the coal processing facility against most of the claims made in a personal injury and property damage suit.
