Obama Nominates 4 New US Attorneys

Law360, New York (February 25, 2010, 7:13 PM EST) -- President Barack Obama has nominated four people to serve as U.S. attorneys in various warm-weather locations throughout the United States.

On Tuesday, Obama nominated Laura E. Duffy to be the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of California, Wifredo A. Ferrer to be the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Florida, Alicia Limtiaco to be the U.S. attorney for the districts of Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands, and John B. Stevens Jr. to be the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Texas....
