Ozzy's Suit Over Black Sabbath Name Stays On Rails

Law360, New York (February 26, 2010, 5:45 PM EST) -- A federal judge has refused to drop rocker Ozzy Osbourne's suit against former Black Sabbath bandmate Anthony Iommi over the trademark for the group's name, ruling that the motion-to-dismiss stage was not the appropriate time for Iommi to argue that Osbourne signed away his rights to the name when he left the group in 1980.
