Settlement Looms In DRAM Antitrust Battle

Law360, New York (February 26, 2010, 5:26 PM ET) -- A protracted antitrust battle between dynamic random access memory manufacturers including Hynix Semiconductor Inc. and Infineon Technologies AG and purchasers of computers containing DRAM will soon draw to a close, as the parties are in talks to finalize a settlement.

The parties have reached an agreement in principle to the terms of a settlement and are currently negotiating a final settlement agreement, according to a letter submitted on Feb. 11 to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit by co-lead counsel to the plaintiffs...
