KBR Appeals $19M Loss In Army Food Contract Suit

Law360, New York (February 26, 2010, 4:41 PM ET) -- Kellogg Brown & Root International Inc. has appealed a federal judge's $19 million award to subcontractor Paul Morrell Inc. in a breach of contract suit accusing the former Halliburton Co. unit of inducing the subcontractor to accept reduced payments for military food services in Iraq.
