4 To Cough Up Fines In Insider Trading Settlement

Law360, New York (February 26, 2010, 1:21 PM EST) -- A former employee benefits specialist with Deloitte Tax LLP and three others have agreed to cough up a total of nearly $300,000 to quell the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's allegations that they were part of an insider trading scheme involving stock in Crocs Inc., YRC Worldwide Inc., Spectralink Corp. and SigmaTel Inc.
