Ernst & Young Meal Break Claims Nixed In OT Action

Law360, New York (February 26, 2010, 1:10 PM EST) -- A federal judge has trimmed a former Ernst & Young LLP employee's putative wage-and-hour class action, tossing her claim that the Big Four accounting firm failed to provide proper meal and rest breaks as well as her bid for injunctive relief.
