Judge Nixes Honda Hybrid Fuel-Economy Settlement

Law360, New York (February 26, 2010, 6:03 PM EST) -- A federal judge has rejected a proposed settlement in a putative class action accusing American Honda Motor Co. of putting out misleading advertising about the fuel economy of the Civic Hybrid, a deal 26 state attorneys general and other objectors argued was not good for consumers.
