Wi-Fi Dispute Moved To Texas Court

Law360, New York (December 18, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- In a setback for a handful of computer giants, a California federal court has decided to transfer their patent infringement lawsuits against CSIRO to a Texas court that sided with the Australian national science research agency in a similar case last month.
