Dow Chem Unit Sues For Coverage In Isocyanate Suits

Law360, New York (March 1, 2010, 1:04 PM EST) -- A unit of Dow Chemical Co. has sued Employers Insurance Company of Wausau — now part of Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. — for denying coverage for the defense costs of thousands of product liability suits by coal miners who were exposed to the severe asthma-inducing chemical isocyanate.
