Class Cert. Sought In First American Title Rate Suit

Law360, New York (March 01, 2010, 2:05 PM ET) -- A Maine couple has made a bid in federal court to certify a class of homeowners who were allegedly overcharged by First American Title Insurance Co. for residential title insurance policies.
