Orange, T-Mobile Get OK For Deal After Concessions

Law360, New York (March 1, 2010, 12:39 PM EST) -- Deutsche Telekom AG and France Telecom SA moved one step closer Monday to combining their British units after European Commission and U.K. competition regulators agreed to the companies' plan to sell off around a quarter of their combined radio spectrum and strengthen an existing network-sharing deal with a smaller competitor.
