Crowell & Moring Worker Can't Pull Age Bias Suit: Judge

Law360, New York (March 01, 2010, 3:21 PM ET) -- A federal judge has rejected former Crowell & Moring LLP employee Mona R. Saunders' bid to voluntarily dismiss her age discrimination suit, saying the firm has already responded to the complaint.

Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia in a paperless minute order issued on Thursday denied on procedural grounds the 54-year-old Saunders' notice of voluntarily dismissal, which was also lodged Thursday.
