Some Claims Nixed In RSI's Licensing Spat With IBM

Law360, New York (March 1, 2010, 5:22 PM EST) -- A federal judge has dismissed part of a lawsuit brought by RSI Corp. against IBM Corp. over a licensing deal gone bad, while leaving in place certain breach of contract, trademark and unfair competition claims and RSI's bid for disgorgement of profits and punitive damages.
