K&L Gates Snags Hogan & Hartson's Warsaw Office

Law360, New York (March 01, 2010, 5:48 PM ET) -- K&L Gates LLP will pick up 38 attorneys from Hogan & Hartson LLP's Warsaw, Poland, office as Hogan prepares for its merger with U.K. firm Lovells LLP, the firms said.

Hogan, which is slated to become half of Hogan Lovells on May 1, announced Monday that it intends to shed its Warsaw attorneys in two weeks.

Lovells currently operates a 60-attorney office in Warsaw that will become part of the new firm, Hogan said.
