Mayer Brown Nabs Energy Guru From Kirkland

Law360, New York (March 02, 2010, 3:59 PM ET) -- Mayer Brown LLP's Chicago office has snatched up former Kirkland & Ellis LLP partner Paul J. Astolfi, a renewable energy project development and finance specialist.

Astolfi joins Mayer Brown's global projects practice, which combines a financing practice and an energy practice into one entity. Astolfi will continue his emphasis on wind and solar energy in his project development and finance work.
