Law360, New York (March 02, 2010, 3:09 PM ET) -- Fowler Woods LLC on Tuesday dropped Internet radio company Pandora Media Inc. and application maker Onecast Inc. from an infringement suit over a patent for displaying Web advertisements while audio is playing.
Judge T. John Ward signed off on motions to dismiss the two companies in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District for Texas, after getting notice from Fowler Woods that it had “amicably” settled its claims with both.
