Law360, New York (March 03, 2010, 12:24 PM ET) -- Smart grid infrastructure manufacturer SmartSynch Inc. has reached a settlement in a suit brought by Eon Corp. IP Holdings LLC that accused nearly 20 companies of infringing its patents for two-way communications technology.
The parties filed a joint motion in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Monday to dismiss with prejudice all claims between them, citing a patent license and settlement agreement.
