Boehringer Seeks To Divide Claims In AWP Case

Law360, New York (March 03, 2010, 4:48 PM ET) -- Boehringer Ingelheim Corp. is seeking to split up for trial certain claims against it in a case alleging it defrauded Medicare and Medicaid programs by reporting inflated drug prices.
