Utah Court Tosses AG's AWP Suit

Law360, New York (March 2, 2010, 7:24 PM EST) -- A Utah state court has thrown out a lawsuit accusing a slew of major pharmaceutical companies including Pfizer Inc., Schering-Plough Corp. and Wyeth Inc. of jacking up the average wholesale price of their drugs in order to overcharge the state's Medicaid program.
