Cardone HR Execs To Remain In FMLA Retaliation Suit

Law360, New York (March 2, 2010, 7:31 PM EST) -- A judge has refused to dismiss claims that several human resources officials at auto parts maker Cardone Industries Inc. ran afoul federal law by firing a longtime tool designer who sought medical leave and short-term disability pay while he underwent leg surgery.
