Crucible Plans To Appeal Dismissal In Lloyd's Suit

Law360, New York (March 03, 2010, 4:10 PM ET) -- Crucible Materials Corp. is asking a judge to amend a ruling that dismissed its claims against certain underwriters at Lloyd’s of London in an excess environmental liability policy dispute so that it can appeal the judgment as soon as possible.

Now-defunct Crucible filed a motion to amend the judgment Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York, asking the judge to enter final judgment so it may appeal a recent choice-of-law determination in the case.
