Black Gaming Says Ch. 11 Won't Be A Roll Of The Dice

Law360, New York (March 3, 2010, 2:29 PM EST) -- Las Vegas-based casino and resort operator Black Gaming LLC has filed for bankruptcy, with plans to operate normally while it restructures under a deal with the noteholders that control much of its massive debt load.

Monday's filing, in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada, said creditors controlling 70 percent of the company's $125 million in senior secured notes have agreed to restructure the debt and provide new capital.
