Texas Judge, County Sued Over Sex Harassment

Law360, New York (March 3, 2010, 3:25 PM EST) -- Former employees of Brazoria County, Texas, have accused the county of deliberately ignoring sexual harassment in the workplace and have filed civil sexual harassment claims against a former judge who resigned last year over the scandal.
