Ex-WolfBlock Partner Sues Over Unpaid Severance

Law360, New York (March 3, 2010, 4:47 PM EST) -- A former partner at WolfBlock LLP has hauled the now-defunct firm into court for allegedly refusing to continue annual payouts under a nearly $400,000 severance package.

Michael A. Budin lodged a complaint Tuesday in the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia, accusing WolfBlock and the firm's former chairman, Mark Alderman, of breaching a separation agreement by failing to pay the eighth of 15 scheduled severance payments.
