Bloomberg Fights Subpoena In Barclays Suit V. Web Site

Law360, New York (March 04, 2010, 3:15 PM ET) -- Bloomberg LP and one of its reporters are seeking to quash a subpoena stemming from a group of brokerage units' copyright infringement lawsuit against financial Web site Theflyonthewall.com Inc., arguing that testimony about Bloomberg's news gathering and reporting techniques isn't relevant to the parties' claims and defenses.
