DLA Piper Snags Restructuring Attys In NYC, SF

Law360, New York (March 04, 2010, 12:49 PM ET) -- DLA Piper has picked up three attorneys from King & Spalding LLP, Pepler Mastromonaco LLP and Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP, adding to the firm's restructuring and finance practices in New York and San Francisco.
