Oppenheimer Can't Make Deutsche Parent Arbitrate ARS

Law360, New York (March 04, 2010, 2:55 PM ET) -- A federal judge has denied Oppenheimer & Co. Inc.'s bid to force Deutsche Bank AG into arbitration before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority as US Airways seeks to force the investment firm to buy back some $250 million in auction rate securities.
