Nearly 1,500 Workers Blocked From Tyson Wage Action

Law360, New York (March 04, 2010, 3:48 PM ET) -- A magistrate judge has blocked the addition of nearly 1,500 workers to a suit against Tyson Foods Inc. over its alleged failure to pay its meatpacking employees all the wages they were owed, vastly limiting the scope of the lawsuit.
