9th Circ. Affirms AT&T Competitor-Rate Decision

Law360, New York (March 4, 2010, 6:34 PM EST) -- A federal appellate court has affirmed a lower court's approval of a California Public Utilities Commission decision regarding the rates that AT&T California can charge rival carriers to lease equipment for the purpose of interconnection.
