Australian Cargo Price-Fixing Probe Snags Korean Air

Law360, New York (March 05, 2010, 2:37 PM ET) -- Korean Air Lines Co. Ltd. has become the latest airline to be targeted by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission as part of its probe into price-fixing in the air cargo industry.

The agency said in a statement Friday that it had initiated proceedings against Korean Air, making it the 12th airline under investigation in the probe. The ACCC said that a hearing in the matter has been set for April 1 in federal court in Sydney.
