K&L Gates Partner Joins Foley Private Equity Team

Law360, New York (March 11, 2010, 7:15 PM ET) -- Investment management, hedge fund and pension plan specialist Thomas A. Hickey has left his position as a partner at K&L Gates LLP to join the private equity and venture capital practice group at Foley & Lardner LLP.

Foley announced Thursday that it had brought Hickey on board to serve as a partner in the firm’s Boston office and continue his focus on various investment fund-related areas, including compliance, performance reporting, regulatory procedures and industry standards of practice.
