Health Insurers Told To Post Premium Justifications

Law360, New York (March 08, 2010, 4:05 PM ET) -- U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius on Monday called on the five largest U.S. health insurers to post publicly their justification for any premium increases in the individual or small group market, as the White House intensifies its push to finish health care reform.
