Aimco Kickbacks Coverage Suit Sent To Arbitration

Law360, New York (March 9, 2010, 5:22 PM EST) -- A dispute between a unit of The Travelers Cos. Inc. and real estate investor Apartment Investment and Management Co. over coverage for $3.3 million in damages from kickback and bribery lawsuits will go to arbitration, now that a judge has shot down the insurer's bid to keep the suit in federal court.
