Boeing Rips Litigation Bid By Sea Launch Creditors

Law360, New York (March 09, 2010, 5:41 PM ET) -- The Boeing Co. has objected to efforts by the creditors committee for bankrupt Sea Launch LLC to initiate discovery in the ongoing battle over the aircraft giant's bid for hundreds of millions of dollars in claims.

In a strongly worded response filed Monday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, Boeing and Boeing Commercial Space Co. — partial owners of Sea Launch — said attempted litigation by the official committee of unsecured creditors would place a large burden on the company's reorganization efforts....
